Harold W. Fogg, of Montgomery, entered into rest on Saturday, June 4, 2022. He was 85.

Son of the late Harold F. and Madeline (Oberle) Fogg, he was born on August 27, 1936 in Newburgh.

“Bill” as he was known to family and friends was a lifelong area resident. He was retired supervisor, after 40 years of service, from Tarkett Corp. Vails Gate, NY. A devoted family man, Bill was a parishioner of Holy Name of Mary Church in Montgomery. He was a graduate of Newburgh Free Academy and SUNY, New Paltz. Bill loved all things outdoors, golfing, skiing, hunting, fishing, boating and camping.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 64 years, Joan (Rampe) Fogg; three sons, Harold W. (Keri) Fogg, Jr. of Tampa, FL, James M. (Mary) Fogg of Balston Spa, NY and Craig D. (Nancy) Fogg of Cumming, GA; a sister-in law, MaryAnn Fogg of the Town of Newburgh; nine grandchildren, Bradley, Ashley, Maggie, Patrick, Katie, Brendan, Taylor, Sarah and Brian; and two great grandchildren, Ellie and Brooks.

He was predeceased by one brother, Frank J. Fogg.

Private cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Holy Name of Mary Church, 89 Union Street, Montgomery.
