Eco-friendly burials are on the rise. If you are naturally curious about this growing trend, join us on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 11 a.m. for ‘An introduction to Green Burial’, presented by green burial advocate and educator, Kerry Potter.
Potter owned and operated Dying to Bloom, where she sold earth-friendly burial products. As an executive for a radio station in New York, she also hosted a live talk show that focused on green burial trends and services. Potter is a certified life-cycle celebrant that values the healing comfort of end-of-life ceremonies. This special session, part of “As the Curtain Falls” series, is open to the public and will be held at the Mission Center of the Hudson Highlands United Methodist Church at 316 Main Street in Highland Falls.
All interested are invited to come and learn about the newest trends in end-of-life options.
