On Sunday, the Greater Cornwall Chamber of Commerce held its annual Halloween Spooktacular. It was a brisk fall afternoon and Main Street was shut down from Chadeayne Circle to Willow Avenue. Hundreds of children, their parents, and even a few dogs were present to enjoy the festivities. Registration for the costume contest was held by the traffic circle and then participants made their way to Bridge Street to pose for the judges. Along the way, some business owners and Cornwall EMS volunteers were handing out candy. There were a couple of stations set up where kids could paint tiny pumpkins or decorate cupcakes.
