On October 10, pop musician Charli XCX performed an hour-long concert before a crowd of about 1000 people including staff and vendors at Storm King Art Center in Cornwall. SKAC representatives said Charli and her team approached Storm King with the idea of putting on a private, intimate listening party for her fans and a physical activation for the debut of her new album “Brat.” The art center staff was in full support of the idea because the location is known for providing a space for artists to execute ambitious projects.
