VILLAGE OF CORNWALL-ON-HUDSON NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for Water Treatment Chemicals, “Off Road” Diesel, and Sludge Removal Services will be received by the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson at the Office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 325 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, 12520, until 2:00 o'clock PM on November 15, 2024, and then be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the Information for Bidders, Bid Form, and Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Village Clerk. Bids must be submitted on official forms and in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder, designation of the Bid Item exactly as specified above, and "Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson." The Village reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to re-advertise for new bids. Bids shall be awarded in accordance with General Municipal Law §103.
