NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 5th day of April, 2023, at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Planning Board of the Town of Wallkill at the Town Hall at 99 Tower Dr, Building A, Middletown, NY on the application of Hasbrouck Farm LLC for Site Plan approval under Sections 24940 of the Town Code to construct and/or operate a Patel 12 Lot Conservation SD on the premises located at the intersection of County Road 47, County Road 101, and Heather Court, which premises is located in the Town of Wallkill, Orange County and identified on the Town's Tax Maps as Section 24 of Block 1, Tax Lot 17.322.
All parties of interest will be heard at such time and place.
The public hearing will be held in person only. Members of the public may attend the meeting in person to offer comment during the public hearing.
