TOWN OF PLATTEKILL
BID TO HAY TOWN FIELD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Town Board of the Town of Plattekill will be accepting bids for the "Haying of the Field on Town Property". This will be for a first time haying only and is to be completed by July 2, 2023. There is a minimum bid amount set at $50.00.
Bid packages with specifications are available at the Town Clerk's Office located at the Town Hall at #1915 Rt. 4455, PO Box 45, Modena, NY, 12548. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday (8837331).
Bids will be received at the Town Clerk's Office until 11:00 AM on Monday, April 3, 2023. At that time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified time will not be considered. Bid to be awarded on April 5, 2023, at the regular Town Board Meeting.
Bids must be submitted on official forms and in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof, the name, address, phone number of the bidder, designation of the bid item exactly as specified above and "Town of Plattekill".
The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to re-advertise for new bids. Bids shall be awarded in accordance with the General Municipal Law Section 103.
