Shawangunk Valley Fire District

RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE CHIEF'S VEHICLE

WHEREAS, The Shawangunk Valley Fire District has determined that for the safety of the volunteer firefighters and to provide adequate Fire, EMS and other emergency services it is necessary to provide appropriate equipment and vehicles,

WHEREAS, the Board of Fire Commissioners deems it advisable that the Fire District purchase a new or demonstrator chief's vehicle and equipment for that vehicle

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Shawangunk Valley Fire District expend from the Capital Reserve Fund an amount not to exceed $65,000 as subject to permissive referendum pursuant to General Municipal Law
