A 19 year-old man was taken into custody by Town of Montgomery last week following an investigation into a report of sexual assault.
Devon Austin Payne, 19, was charged with Rape 1st B Felony, Strangulation 2nd D Felony, Aggravated Harassment 2nd Stalking 3rd, Assault 3rd and Unlawful Imprisonment 1 E Felony.
He was arraigned in the Town of Montgomery Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail, pending a further court appearance.
