Theresa A. Poole, of Pomona NY, passed away at Westchester Medical Center on April 10, 2020. She was 66.
Theresa was born in New York City to the late Sam Jones and Lillian Smith Jones on September 14, 1953.
Theresa is survived by; her husband Robert S. Poole of Pomona, NY; mother, Lillian Woolard of New Windsor; sons, Mark Poole of Pomona, NY, Roberts S. Poole Jr. of Pomona, NY; daughters, Jennifer Grosso (Donald) of Hawthorne, NJ, Christina Polhemus (Luis) of Spring Valley, NY; sisters, Susan Hiltz (Stephen) of New Windsor, Cheryle Baudin (Glenn) of Mississippi, Jessica Woolard of Dallas; mother-in-law, Joan Johnson of Pomona; brother-in-law Ralph Poole (Ronda), sisters-in-law Linda Davis (Kevin) and Teresa Stewart, grandchildren, Anthony, Jenny and Lionel; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Theresa was predeceased by her father, Jesse Woolard, brother Mark Jones and grand-daughter Madison.
A Memorial Mass will be offered at 2 p.m. on Monday, September 14th at the Church of St. Joseph, 245 North Main St. Spring Valley Additionally, family and friends will gather at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St. Walden from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15. Burial of ashes will immediately follow at Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden.
In-lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to an Autism Organization of one’s choice.
