Town Supervisor Charles Carnes and Board Members are very pleased to announce the Grand Opening of the Town’s new ‘Small Business & Tourism Center.

An open house event will take place at 85 Main Street, Pine Bush on Thursday, April 11 from 4 – 7 p.m, and is open to the public.

The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will start at 5 p.m., and feature special guests: State Senator; James Skoufis, Orange County Legislator; Rob Sassi, and Orange County Director of Tourism; Amanda Dana.

The center, created last fall, will act as a businessess accelerator and tourism hub, featuring literature on nearby destinations, links to maps and information about local businessesses, restaurants and events.

A 2014 Hudson Valley Patterns for Progress Survey found business owners and residents would prefer a more streamlines process for opening a small business and a desire for more local retail businesses.

“We hope to see everyone there,” says Domanie Ragni; Director of Community Services for the Town of Crawford “The Center is dedicated to business attraction and retention, with an additional focus on local tourism. We look forward to sharing plans, and working together with current and potential Town of Crawford small businesses!”
