Looking for a solution at times of stress during this pandemic. Why not perform random acts of kindness for others. A phone call to housebound seniors lending a word of encouragement or offering to pick up groceries at the supermarket is suggested. Also volunteering at the food bank. Furthermore research shows that people who do altruistic things like volunteers have less anxiety, pain and stress.
Let’s give it a try!
