The Town of Montgomery Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application of the Town of Montgomery Planning Board seeking an appeal of the Town of Montgomery Assistant Building Inspector’s use determination regarding Butler Construction Group’s proposal to build a 30,000 square foot structure and have both indoor and outdoor storage areas for vehicles, equipment and materials on a portion of real property located on Dunn Road.
The applicant is appealing the Town of Montgomery Assistant Building Inspector’s determination, which provided that outdoor storage for an accessory contractor’s office and storage use is allowed in the I-1 zone.
The public hearing will be held at Montgomery Town Hall, 110 Bracken Road, Montgomery on Nov. 16 at 7 p.m.
