The Town of Crawford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold three public hearings on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 7:30 p.m. at Crawford Town Hall.
The first public hearing is in regards to an interpretation and/or appeal of the building inspector’s determination for a propane filling and exchange station at the property located at 11 Boniface Drive owned by Beer World.
There will also be a public hearing for an area variance for front yard setback for existing structures on Lot #6 of approved six-lot subdivision at the property located at 269 Stone Schoolhouse Road owned by Orange County Estates.
Lastly, there will be a public hearing for an area variance for a lot-line change between two non-conforming pre-existing lots at the property located at 352 and 346 Union School Road, owned by Ross A. Winglovitz.
