Burton Heath, a long-time resident of Montgomery,  died December 21, 2020. Burt was an avid gardener, and an antique collector which is a hobby he relentlessly pursued for most of his life. He was also an art collector and a lover of all kinds of music and filled his life with all things beautiful. 

Burt was born April 23, 1952 in Nyack,   and was the son of the late William Heath and Betty Lou Wadsworth Heath. He grew up in Rockland County and worked many years at the Robert L. Yeager Health Center in Pomona, NY before retiring. 

He is survived by Frances Shewell, his wife of 35 years, of Montgomery; his step-daughter, Beth Shewell and partner Steve Clark of Campbell Hall, NY; his  grandchildren Luke and Cole Owen of Campbell Hall, NY; his nephews Jason Pascale of Albany, NY and Skylar Pascale of Montgomery, NY; his twin brother Bart Heath and wife Mary Kay of Newburgh, Indiana; and sisters Brenda Olesin and husband William of Mahwah, NJ; and Bonnie Craig and husband Mason of Pottstown, PA. 
A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate Burt’s life.
