The Accusation is a very timely publication about Anti-Semitism based on a false narrative of blood libel- a claim that Jewish people murdered Christian children and used their blood to bake matzos.

This book begins by telling the sotry about an incident in Massena , NY in 1928 when a 4 year old girl goes missing for a day and the rumor circulates that she has been abducted by the town Jews for ritual slaughter.

The book tells about the history of Blood Libel, a form of Anti-Semitism , beginning n the 11 century.

Edward Berenson is a professor of history at NYU 's Institute of French Studies.

The presentation is Free and Open to the Public. Light Refreshments will be provided.

Books will be available for purchase and autographs.

The program is sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Greater Orange County and Temple Sinai Adult Education and the Temple Sina Men's club.
