Tai Chi Classes

The Montgomery Senior Center, in conjunction with the Orange County Office for the Aging is offering a complimentary 8-week (16 session) Tai Chi Program. Classes start March 2 and continue every Monday and Wednesday until April 22. All are welcome. If you plan on attending, please call Melanie Turner at 845-615-3736.
