Charles Sandike

The New York State Police arrested Charles Sandike, 64 of New Windsor, for Criminal Sexual Act 2nd Degree (felony), Sex Abuse 2nd (Sexual Contact with Individual Less Than 17 Therefore Incapable of Consent), and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (both misdemeanors).

The investigation determined that Sandike engaged in a sexual act with an underage and mentally disabled victim.

Sandike was arraigned in the Town of New Windsor Court and remanded to Orange County Jail on $25,000 bail. He had a return date of July 25.
