Marlboro’s Jose Iraola-Ceely threw a 65-1 feet in the weight throw on Friday to finish first at the North Score Pre-nationals Invitational at the New York City Armory.

The throw was a personal best for Iraola-Ceely, and he is ranked third overall in New York State. He also was sixth in the shot put with a throw of 42-00.25.
Juliana Juras also was first in the girls’ shot put with a throw of 35-03.25. Victoria Maher was third in the girls’ weigh throw, reaching 36-10.25 and Juras was 11th with a throw of 29-1.

Brothers Colin Robertson and Sean Robertson were fourth and fifth in the boys’ pole vault. Colin reached 11-6 and Sean reached 11-0.
