Nicholas John Toscani, age 32, of Las Vegas, NV, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 in Henderson, Nevada.

Nicholas was born April 23, 1987 in Mineola, NY. He is the son of John Louis Toscani of Florida and Donna Lillian (Ruggiero) Toscani of Nevadaand the grandson of the late Rachel and Ernie Toscani.

Nick was a natural born entrepreneur and even spent time co-owning his own supplement company. He worked in diverse business fields ranging from private security to stockbroking. He was extremely smooth, charming and persuasive but those who knew Nick best would say that he was a man who worked to live and not lived to work.

Nick was an avid bodybuilder. He loved the gym, camaraderie, and the competition. Nick placed 1st in the first bodybuilding show that he entered, at the 2010 Bev Francis Atlantic States held in Tribeca, New York. Nick also loved music and could tear up the dance floor. He found joy in riding motorcycles, fast cars, paintball, snowboarding and coming home to his pit bull Omen, who much like Nick, was just a big cuddly teddy bear.

Nick enjoyed bringing joy and laughter to his family, friends and random people that he would just meet. He was loving and loyal to his family and friends; and the life of every party. He was the kind of person that could light up the room with his contagious laugh and smile and you just always wanted to be around him. His passing is a tremendous loss to all of those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife: Stacie (Kupczyk) Toscani of Florida; a sister, Leann Toscani of Highland; his grandmother, Shirley Ruggiero of Levittown, NY, his aunts and uncles, Louis, Claire, Dino, Lori, Larry, Mike (Stacy); his first cousins, Brittany (Mario), Ashley, Shannon (Rick), Devyn, Robert, Brandon, Lauren, Gianna and Oliver; and many other loving family members and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, August 23, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Church, 34 S. Chestnut Street, and New Paltz.
