My mother, Myra Dickson, sat during this ceremony so proud of my brother Thomas (Tommy) Dickson. When his name was called for the Civilian Honor Award, his family couldn’t stop smiling and feeling so happy for him. Tommy has been a Scoutmaster or Assistant Scoutmaster for more than 25 years. He gives his time to the children of Troop 27 to help them grow into wonderful community members. I love you more than I can say. Sis!
