Meals on Wheels suspends delivery through April 17

Posted 3/30/20

Due to numerous COVID-19 concerns and issues, Meals on Wheels of Greater Newburgh (MOW) will be suspending meal deliveries for the weeks beginning April 6 and April 13.

On Monday, March 30, MOW delivered enough meals to its recipients to last for the entire week. In addition, MOW delivered to all recipients two full-sized grocery bags filled with assorted non-perishable foods to last through April 17.

MOW advises anyone seeking other emergency food sources in the area to call 211, the United Way's Emergency Helpline.
